The success of your property project can be achieved in 5 easy stages :

Stage 1 - QUESTIONNAIRE: In depth consultation to establish all your requirements and the parameters of your project.

Stage 2 – RESEARCH MANDATE: Confirmation and signature of Research Mandate.

Stage 3 – PERSONALISED SEARCH AND APPLICATIVE VISITS: We identify and visit properties according to your prospectus of conditions and we promptly send detailed reports to you. Once you have chosen the properties which you would like to visit, we organise a diary of visits for you.

Stage 4 - COMMITMENT TO SELL: We assist you in the process of acquisition (offers, negotiations, commitment to sell). We can also introduce you to banking institutions, a notary… You sign the commitment to sell: our mission of research is completed.

Stage 5 - SIGNATURE OF THE ACT OF PROPERTY: You sign the notaries act to become owner. Our fees are included in the commission of the estate agent, our services thus do not induce any additional cost.
